This process is very unique to the individual and can’t be planned. We work on finding the source of the pain, building awareness and recognition, and accepting change. There’s no time-table for this process.
Individual sessions can be dedicated to specific areas of discomfort.
The 10 Zen Bodytherapy® sessions are recommended to work on and align the entire structure of the body.
Working on misaligned tissue can be perceived as painful. Experiences that are the root cause of the pain are often relived and processed.
We’ll be in constant communication throughout the process and can always adjust to your unique pain threshold.

It’s important to stay hydrated after these sessions. The body needs fluids to flush out newly released toxins.
It’s also wise to train in body awareness. It is less about judging and correcting as it is about developing consciousness for what is going on.
Yes, if they participate voluntarily.
