This process is very unique to the individual and can’t be planned. We work on finding the source of the pain, building awareness and recognition, and accepting change. There’s no time-table for this process.
Individual sessions can be dedicated to specific areas of discomfort.
The 10 Zen Bodytherapy® sessions are recommended to work on and align the entire structure of the body.
Working on misaligned tissue can be perceived as painful. Experiences that are the root cause of the pain are often relived and processed.

William S. “Dub” Leigh was the founder of Zentherapy®.
Dub was a student of Ida Rolf (Rolfing®), Moshé Feldenkrais (Feldenkrais®), Lauren Berry (The Berry Method®), and Raymond Nimmo (Nimmo Technique). He learned to sit in Zazen and work with Qi from Tanouye Tenshin Rotaishi. Through these collaborations he developed Zentherapy®.
He passed away on August 2, 2005, at the age of 91.
The best way to learn about Zentherapy® is through experiencing the work.
